Excellent breakfast range and super staff

We choose the Lethbridge Ramada often due to the very great hospitality staff as well as the phenomenal cleaning. Our room is always 10/10. We appreciate it so much.

Overall the best aspect of the room was how clean it was. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The bed was nice and huge, I had access to plenty of outlets for my electronics and a decent internet connection.

Great value for money. Rate was very reasonable, included breakfast, clean, central location convenient to where we spent most of our time. Beds were comfortable (but not the pillows)

The hotel met all our expectations. It is an older hotel but the rooms were very clean, a comfortable bed, friendly staff, and a good location. The breakfast was adequate (toast, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal) Considering the low price, we were very happy with our stay and came back the next week when we were travelling thru Lethbridge again.

the front desk lady was a huge help. apparently, they only accept credit cards for damage deposits, and it should’ve been stated somewhere on booking.com but I couldn’t find it anywhere, nor was I ever prompted with that information by the site. I prepaid for the room, and she accommodated me despite hotel policy which I was super appreciative of. Over all I had nothing but a positive experience with the hotel itself, the site however could use a bit of a work over to avoid miscommunications like that in the future

Location was perfect, the staff were pleasant and helpful, it had a warm and inviting feel when you entered the lobby, the bed was comfortable, the shower was really nice with lots of pressure, the real coffee mugs in the room was a nice touch over those flimsy cardboard ones we have gotten so many other places, the in room coffee was tasty aswell.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Lots of electrical plugins for devices. The room and hotel were clean. There was plenty of parking available. It was nice to have a hot breakfast and there were plenty of other items to choose from.

Nice stay, comfy standard hotel rooms, nothing to write home about, but just enough for a night or two. Amd for very fair price. It was fitting perfectly to our roadtrip plan.

Very good breakfast; the King room was quiet, clean and spacious; the bed was comfortable. Though the hotel is older, it was clean and good value for the money. I would certainly stay again.
